The National Association for the Deaf (NAD) announces that South Dakota Governor Dennis Daugaard will be unable to attend the 51st Biennial NAD Conference on July 3 – 7, 2012 in Louisville, Kentucky.
“While Governor Daugaard cannot join us in July, we can still learn from his experience as a child of deaf adults,” said NAD President Bobbie Beth Scoggins. “The Governor encourages us to continue our work in government, advocating for the interests of the deaf and hard of hearing community.”
