The National Association of the Deaf is proud to announce that it has intervened in a lawsuit filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) against FedEx Ground. The NAD is working with its co-counsel, Matthew Dietz of the Disability Independence Group and Christine Elzer of Samuel J. Cordes & Associates, to intervene on behalf of Terry Morhoff and Lourdes Deeb, two deaf women who worked for FedEx Ground without access to qualified sign language interpreters or other reasonable accommodations.
