Search Process & Timeline
The CEO Search will follow a process that includes community input, outreach to a diverse pool of candidates, and thoughtful evaluation at each stage. The projected timeline is outlined below:
- Leadership Profile Development— November–December 2025
- National Recruitment — January–March 2026
- Interview & Selection — March–April 2026
- Onboarding of the CEO — May 2026
- Executive Transition — June–July 2026
