The holidays always make me nostalgic, and the upcoming end of the year gives us a chance to look back on the year and reflect on the things we’ve done and the people who have made a difference in my life and in the lives of others.

I want to take this chance to say THANK YOU! Your involvement—as a member, donor, and supporter of the NAD—has made a real difference this year.

Because of you, we’ve been able to face challenges, make improvements, and lay the foundation for an even stronger and more connected – NAD family. Your support has shown us how much we can accomplish together, and the best part? We’re just getting started.

Looking ahead to 2025, we are all excited about what’s to come. I’d like to share some of the things we’ve been working on:
Strengthening our advocacy efforts to protect your civil, human, and linguistic rights.
Redesigning a new nad.org website to make it easier for you to find the resources you need and empower you to take action.
Relaunching NADmag as a fully ASL-accessible digital magazine filled with stories, news, and updates about our progress on our advocacy efforts, and board priorities.
Expanding and improving ways for you to stay connected and involved with the NAD community.
These are just a few of the many ways we’re moving forward with our mission. Your ongoing support makes all of this possible, and we’re so grateful to have you with us on this journey. Together, we’ll make 2025 an incredible year for the NAD and our community.

On behalf of all of us at the NAD, I wish you and your loved ones a holiday season filled with joy, celebration, and peace.
