Chris Estrin

Chris Estrin is a Deaf community member and professional with long-standing experience in accessibility, communication services, and organizational involvement within Deaf and hard of hearing communities. He currently works as Chief Experience Officer at ZP Better Together, where his work focuses on service quality, customer experience, and community connection.

He is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology and also earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Management from Colorado State University, where he built a foundation for his professional career and community engagement. His background includes many years of involvement with organizations serving Deaf individuals through technology, access services, and advocacy.

He has also been involved in national Deaf organizations, including extended service with the National Association of the Deaf, where he previously served on the Board of Directors in various roles. His involvement supported organizational continuity, advocacy efforts, and engagement with Deaf communities nationwide.

In addition to national involvement, Chris has contributed to boards and initiatives connected to Deaf education and alumni engagement. His work reflects long-term participation in Deaf community spaces and a continued focus on access, service, and connection.
