Dawnmarie Caggiano works as a Marketing Operations Manager with ZP Better Together, where she supports marketing operations, outreach initiatives, and internal coordination. She has been with ZP since 2008, bringing more than 15 years of experience in communications and operations.

She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Rochester Institute of Technology / National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID). Prior to joining ZP, she worked for a decade in the nonprofit sector, holding various roles focused on community engagement, program coordination, and service delivery.

She has been actively involved in Deaf community leadership through service on numerous boards and committees, including the Florida Association of the Deaf, NTID Alumni Association, RIT Alumni Board, St. Petersburg College’s SLIP program, the Florida Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, and the Family Center on Deafness. Dawnmarie has also served as a Delegate to the National Association of the Deaf Conference and as a Junior NAD Advisor.

Her work reflects a long-standing commitment to service, advocacy, and supporting Deaf-led organizations through sustained involvement and leadership.
