#NADHandwave Guidelines:
- Person nominated cannot be a current NAD Staff or Board member.
- Person nominated must not have received a #NADHandwave previously.
- Person nominated embodies the true spirit of the NAD.
- Person who is nominating someone must submit two other references’ contact information and a 200 word or unlisted YouTube video explanation why this nominee deserves a #NADHandwave.
