The proposed NAD Bylaws amendments are now available.
Members of the NAD Bylaws Committee are Shana Gibbs, Chair; Harvey Corson; Amy Gomme; T. Alan Hurwitz; and Niesha Washington-Shepard.
The NAD Board of Directors hosted a Bylaws Community Forum on June 14, 2026. This forum explained the proposed changes to the bylaws and gave time for questions and discussion.
Delegates and alternates were strongly encouraged to attend this forum. The Council of Representatives (COR) agenda will be time-sensitive, and there may be little to no opportunity for dialogue during COR.
